When CHARLES WESLEY RASH was born on December 29, 1916, in Peacock, Texas, his father, W, was 36 and his mother, ANNIE, was 39. He had three brothers and two sisters. He died on November 27, 1990, in Hamlin, Texas, at the age of 73, and was buried in his hometown.
