DEATH OF MRS. LOONEY
Mrs. John P. Looney who lived in the Friendship community died at her home last Monday afternoon about 6 p. m. Mrs. Looney has been in failing health for some time but her condition a the time of her death was not alarming, as she was up and about the morning before she died. The deceased was 54 years of age, and she was a daughter of the late Ned Graham who was a pioneer settler of Milam county. She is survived by her husband and one son, Graham Looney who resided at home with the family. The funeral was conducted Monday afternoon and interment was made in the Friendship cemetery. The following citizens of Cameron attended: A. H. Baskin, Judd Davis, John B. McLane, W. T. Yates, J. K. Freeman, T. S. Henderson, W. G. Gillis, Jeff T. Kemp, George T. Graves and Judge John Watson.
