Ruby Jean Harris, 60, Borger, died Sunday, Nov. 11, 1990 in Northwest Texas Hospital in Amarillo.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Minton Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Leonard Forsythe, pastor Bible Baptist Church, officiating.

Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Cemetery in Stinnett by Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors.

A native of Plemons, she was a lifetime resident of Hutchinson County. She was a housewife and a Baptist. She was a 1947 graduate of Stinnett High School.

She married Wilburn Harris Sept. 13, 1947 in Borger.

Survivors include her husband of the home; two daughters, Mona Neugin and Sherry Anderson, both of Borger; a step-daughter, Jo Compton of Broken Arrow, Okla.; two brothers, Raymond Bates of Stinnett and James Bates of San Angelo; a sister, Pat Bates of Stinnett; four grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and one step-grandchild.

Wilburn W. "Webb" Harris, 84, of Amarillo died Monday, March 13, 2006.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in Rector Funeral Home Coulter Chapel, 8310 Coulter St., with Leonard Forsythe, pastor of Bible Baptist Church of Borger, officiating. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Sunset Memorial Cemetery in Stinnett.

Mr. Harris served in the Navy in World War II and was a member of the Isom Masonic Lodge of Borger. He and his wife Gladys enjoyed traveling and square dancing; he also enjoyed gardening.

Mr. Harris enjoyed being around his grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Ruby on Nov. 11, 1990; a brother, Pete Harris of Fritch; and a sister, Mary Jo Stout of Missouri.

Survivors include his wife Gladys of Amarillo; three daughters, Marcella Jo Champion of Springdale, Ark., Sherry Louise Anderson of Borger and Ramona Estelle Neugin of Amarillo; two stepsons, Vernon Dewees of Carrollton and David Dewees of Toronto, Canada; and a sister, Wanda Joy Wood of Fritch.
