*Obituary
H.B. Parks, 70, 308 3rd, Morse, died at 7 p.m. Sunday in his home.
A retired farmer, he was a native of Texhoma and a lifetime Hutchinson County resident.
He was a veteran of U.S. Air Force in WWII and a member of First Christian Church of Stinnett, charter member of Morse Lions Club. He was a Mason and a member of Scottish Rite. He is a graduate of Morse High School and married LaVerne Henderson in 1945 in Amarillo.
He is survived by his wife, LaVerne Parks of the home; two sons, Wade Parks and Lynn Parks, both of Morse; two daughters, Sylvia Faries of Louisville, Ky., Sharon Graves of Ralls, Florence Moore of Dallas; seven grandchildren.
Services are pending with Minton/Chatwell Funeral Home.
