BORGER - Services for William Roscoe Parks were to be at 2 p.m. today at Morse School with T.J. Pittman of Primitive Baptist Church, to officiate.

Burial was to be in Lieb Cemetery by Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Home.

Mr. Parks, 88, died Tuesday at Leisure Lodge.

Mr. Parks, born in Josh County, had been a Morse resident since 1901. He came to Borger four months ago. He was a retired farmer and a member of Primitive Baptist Church.

Survivors include a son, a daughter, a brother, three sisters, nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

SPEARMAN (HC) - Funeral services for Mrs. Cora Elizabeth Parks, 85 years old, of Morse, will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday in the Morse School auditorium.

Officiating will be Elders Franklin Hardy of Amarillo and Val Henderson of Paducah. Interment will be in the Lieb Cemetery, under the direction of Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.

Mrs. Parks died Friday at 8 a.m. in St. Anthony's Hospital, Amarillo. Born March 21, 1883, in Young County, she had been a resident of Morse since 1928, after moving to Hutchinson County in 1901. She was a member of the Primitive Baptist Church, Borger.

She married Roscoe Parks on Aug. 11, 1907, in Hutchinson County.

She is survived by the husband; a son, Gordon of Borger; a daughter, Mrs. O.A. Alexander of Kirtland, N.M.; a sister, Mrs. I.R. Tomkins of Spearman; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
