BORGER - Eloise L. Collins, 61, died Saturday, May 1, 1999.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Leonard Forsythe, pastor of Bible Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park.

Mrs. Collins was born in Annona and had been a resident of Hutchinson County since 1946. She was a homemaker and a member of Southside Baptist Church.

She married Glyndon Collins in 1957 at Borger.

Survivors include her husband of Fritch; a son, Glynn D. Collins of Coffeyville, Kan.; two daughters, Cindy K. Wilson of Sanford and Gloria Stone of Fritch; her mother, Maudie Moody of Azle; a sister, Carol Moon of Borger; two brothers, Bill Moody of Okeene, Okla. and Ray Moody of Paradise; 13 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
