FRITCH - Charles Vincent Foster, 82, died Sunday, May 2, 1999.

Funeral mass will be at 2 p.m. today in St. John's Catholic Church with Monsignor Norbert Kuehler officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park in the Garden of Love by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Mr. Foster was born in Congo, N.C. and served in the Navy during World War II. He was a member of the Elks Club, the Moose Club and St. John's Catholic Church of Borger. He was a supervisor for ATT and moved to Fritch from Hot Springs, Ark. in 1993.

He married Helen Hall in 1942 at Washington D.C.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Jerry Foster of Fritch; a brother, A.G. Foster of North Wilkesboro, N.C.; two sisters, Hazel Mitchell of Winston Salem, N.C. and Hope Norvas of Lakewood, Calif.; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

The family will be at 210 Calle Questa in Fritch.

Viewing will be at the funeral home in Borger. The family suggests,in lieu of flowers, memorials be to a favorite charity.

FRITCH - Helen Catherine Foster, 86, died Sunday, April 13, 2003, in Amarillo.

Graveside services will be at 9:30 a.m. today in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery with Monsignor Norbert Kuehler, pastor of St. John's Catholic Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors.

Mrs. Foster was born Jan. 29, 1917, in Altoona, Pa. She was a clerk for the Environmental Protection Agency.

Survivors include a son, Jerry Foster of Fritch; a brother, E.E. Hall of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
