*Obituary
Noma Prebal Hunt, 85, of Borger, died Tuesday, Sept. 2, 1997 in Baptist/St. Anthony's Hospital in Amarillo.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 5, at Central Baptist Church with the Rev. Don Hill, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in "The Field of Honor" at Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

Casket bearers will be Sid Reynolds, Leo Edwards, Irvin Kirklin, Leonard Foster, James Mears, John Alexander and Gene McWilliams.

A native of San Saba County, she had been a Borger resident for 50 years. She was a retired nurse and was a member of Central Baptist Church.

Mrs. Hunt was secretary of the Children's Department in the church.

She married Thurman Hunt on Nov. 10, 1941 in Corpus Christi.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Renna Gayle in 1979.

Survivors include her husband, Thurman Hunt of the home; a son, Thurman Hunt, Jr. of Leesburg, Fla.; a daughter, Barbara Nadeau of Lawton, Okla.; a brother, J.D. Reid of San Angelo; two sisters, Estelle Williams of Ozona and Bonnie Gober of Brownwood; eight grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
