Sarah Zelma Hunt, 82, Borger, died Saturday, Dec. 9, 1995 in Borger Health Care Center.
Funeral services were at 2 p.m. today at Southside Baptist Church with the Rev. James Berry, pastor, officiating. Assisting was the Rev. Bill Browning, pastor of Broadway Baptist Church of Fritch.
Burial was in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery by Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
A native of Indian Territory, Oklahoma, she was a longtime Borger resident. She was a nurses aid, and a member of Broadway Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Marion Russell Pollack in 1941, Wayne Scott in 1986; and a daughter, Linda Norton in 1987.
Survivors include a son, Gary Scott of Borger; two daughters, Juanita Puryear of Las Vegas, Nev.; Shirley Castagnetta of Borger; a sister, Maudie Pitman of Bogota; 15 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
Casketbearers were Clayton Norton, Larry Castagnetta, Jeff Rice, Schad Monden, Brandon Norton, Bryan Scott, Bobby Scott, Danny Norton, Eddie Scott, Mickey Scott, and Gary Gene Scott.
