*Obituary
Henry Elbert Purcell, 54, a resident of Phillips 18 years, died at 5:25 p.m. Sunday in North Plains Hospital.

He had been an employee of Phillips Petroleum Company at the Rice Plant. He was a member of Phillips Methodist Church and American Legion 412, a veteran of World War II.

Surviving are the widow; three sons, Cloyce, Royce and Thomas, of the home, 5 Noland St.; a sister, Miss Almedia Purcell of Borger; a brother, J.T. Purcell of San Jose, Calif.; and his mother, Mrs. Lillie Pearl Purcell of Borger.

Funeral services are pending with Minton Mortuary.
