BORGER - Gladys Shelton, 74, died Thursday, May 30, 2002.

Rosary will be at 7 p.m. today in Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors Memorial Chapel. Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday in St. John's Catholic Church with Monsignor Norbert Kuehler, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park.

Mrs. Shelton was born Feb. 29, 1928, in Seward, Kan. She married Wayne Shelton on July 21, 1953, in Larned, Kan.

Survivors include her husband; three sons, Guy Shelton of Borger, Billy Shelton of Coppell and Randy Shelton of Amarillo; a brother, Russell Smith of Larned; a sister, Violet Morton of Seward; and four grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to American Cancer Society; or to the American Heart Association.
