(Published in Borger News Herald, April 23, 1947)
Mrs. G.W. Moore, 59, 1208 Hemlock street, died at 1:30 a.m. this morning at a Borger hospital, following a lingering illness.
Mrs. Moore had been a resident of Borger for the past six months. She was a member of the Midland Methodist church.
Survivors include her husband, G.W. Moore of Borger; a daughter, Mrs. Birger Nelson, Borger; a son, Tom Moore of Sanford; two sisters, Mrs. W.A. Beacham of Midland and Mrs. A.K. Zinn of Chula Vista, California.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. tomorrow in the Minton funeral home chapel, with the Rev. Marshall Rhew, pastor of the First Methodist church, officiating. Interment will be in Highland Park cemetery.
