*Obituary
Funeral services for Cecil O. Russell, 64, are scheduled at 2 p.m. Thursday in Central Baptist Church. The Rev. W.L. Amos, pastor, will officiate, and interment will be in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Simpson Funeral Directors.
Mr. Russell died at 8:20 p.m. Tuesday in Highland General Hospital at Pampa. He was a retired employee of Gulf Oil Company and resided at Gulf Dial Camp. He was a member of Central Baptist Church.
Survivors are his wife, Iva of the home; two sons, H.O. "Rusty" Russell of Borger, and W.C. Russell of Hereford; a brother, Roch Russell of Allen, Okla.; and two grandchildren.
Casketbearers are Calvin Montgomery, Tracy Baird, Leon Linton, Norris Daw, Willis Corley, G. Sims, Honorary casketbearers are the deacons of Central Baptist Church.
