Funeral services for Emmett N. Russell, 82, will be Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. in the Minton Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Joe Dee Ray, pastor of the First Baptist Church, officiating.
Burial has been tentatively set for Highland Park Cemetery.
Russell died Sunday in the Magic Plains Nursing Home where he had been a resident for the past two years.
Survivors include his widow, Jean of the nursing home; three sons, Larry of Borger, Bill of Orofino, Idaho and Tom of Albuquerque and eight grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mrs. Jean Russell, 71, patient in Magic Plains Nursing Home for four years, are to be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Minton Memorial Chapel.
The Rev. Joe D. Ray, pastor of First Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial in Highland Park Cemetery will be directed by Minton Mortuary.
Mrs. Russell was born in Eden, Iowa, on July 2, 1898, and moved to Borger 22 years ago. She died at 8:50 p.m. Wednesday in the nursing home.
Surviving are three sons, Larry of Borger, Bill of Orofino, Idaho, and Tom of Albuquerque, and seven grandchildren.
