Mrs. Willie E. Russell died this morning at 1:40 o'clock at the home of a daughter, Mrs. R.A. Tilson, of Fritch. She was 53 years old.
Mrs. Russell had been making her home with her daughter in Fritch for the last two years. Other survivors include three sisters, Mrs. Daisy Williams and Mrs. Sue Williams, both of Memphis; and Mrs. Edna Carter of Austin, and two grandchildren.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday in the United Pentecostal church with the Rev. Aaron Thames officiating. Interment will be in the Highland Park cemetery.
