*Obituary
HEREFORD - Services for Frank Garcia, 59, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Community Church with Raul Valdez officiating. Burial will be in West Park Cemetery by Rix Funeral Directors.
Mr. Garcia died Monday.
Survivors include his wife, eight daughters, a son, a brother, four sisters and several grandchildren.
The family will be at 501 Irving in Hereford and requests memorials be to Frank Garcia Diabetic Fund at First National Bank in Hereford.
