Willie Dean Young, 76, of Lubbock passed away Friday, Feb. 25, 2011, at Southwest Regional Medical Complex. He was born to Douglas and Bertha Young in Pittsburgh, Texas. He attended school in Vernon, Texas.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Bessie Young; children, Jean Richarson (LaCarl), Sheryl Young, Edy Sawyer-Lester, Jackie Davis and Jamie Garcia; two sisters, Josie Green and Dorothy Odom; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
