Funeral services for Helena Hiebert, age 58 of Seminole, Texas, will be held Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Community Church with Pastor Diedrich Harms officiating. Burial will follow at Gaines County Cemetery. All services are under the direction of Boyer Funeral Home.

Mrs. Hiebert was born February 28, 1965 in Mexico to Margaret (Enns) and Abe Neudorf. She married John Hiebert on October 3, 2015 in Seminole, Texas and was a member of Community Church. Helena enjoyed spending time with her family and friends; she also enjoyed cooking and baking. She had a great talent as a seamstress in her younger years. She was known to always grow a beautiful garden.

Helena Hiebert passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 7, 2023 at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas after a courageous and long battle with breast cancer. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her older brothers, Jake and Peter Neudorf; and her first husband, Peter Knelsen. She is survived by her husband, John Hiebert of Seminole, Texas; two sons, Jake Hiebert of Oklahoma, and Abey Hiebert and wife Christina of Seminole, Texas; five daughters, Eva and husband Willie, Susi and husband Johnny, Linda and husband Johnny, Jennifer and husband Nico, all of Seminole, and Anne Reimer and husband Jake of Midland, Texas; and 14 grandchildren.
