SPEARMAN - Fred Ray Sanders, 77, died Wednesday in Borger.

Services were to be at 10 a.m. today at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Russell Pogue, pastor, officiating. Burial was to be in Holt Cemetery by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home.

Mr. Sanders was a lifetime resident of Spearman and a member of First Baptist Church.

Survivors include five daughters, Mrs. Hazel Stumpf of Spearman, Mrs. Helen Boyd of Gruver, Mrs. Florence Bush of Waco, Mrs. Frances Smith of Dallas and Mrs. Dorothy Alexander of Bozeman, Mont.; two sisters, Mrs. May Leverton of Spearman and Mrs. Ethel Taylor of Kaycee, Wyo.; 16 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

The family requests memorials be to American Cancer Society.
