Funeral services for Mrs. Elsie Scott are pending with Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Directors.
Mrs. Scott had been a longtime resident of this area before moving to Ivor, Va. two years ago. She died at 1 p.m. Wednesday at DePaul Hospital in Norfolk, Va.
Mrs. Scott was preceded in death by her husband Edwin in October of 1972.
Survivors include one son, Kenneth of Howe, Okla.; two daughters, Mrs. Patsy Geter of Ivor and Mrs. Virginia Pirtle of San Benito; one brother, Charlie Williams, of Honey Grove, Tex.; one sister, Mrs. Bertie Livingston of Sherman, Tex.; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
