Gilbert Henry White, 59, of Fritch died February 26, 2013 at his home. Funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday at Grace Church in Borger with Rev. Larry Brock, Pastor of 1st Baptist Church of Sanford officiating. Interment will be at Westlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Fritch.

Gilbert was a lifetime resident of this area and worked for Chevron Phillips Chemical Plant as a Shipping Superintendent. He married Sue Parrish Luman February 18, 2009. Gilbert was a former member of the Sanford-Fritch School Board and enjoyed coaching T-ball, basketball, baseball and soccer. He was a fan of everything Harley-Davidson and the University of Texas.

He is survived by his wife Sue, his two sons Matt White and his wife Lori of Fritch and Corey White and his wife Maggie of Amarillo, his daughter Christina Marien and husband Tim of Shawano, Wisconsin, his sister Brenda Taylor and her husband John of Fritch and eight grandchildren Coltin, Shyra, Aspen, Conner, Cooper, Hannah, Emmy and Kaitlyn.
