BORGER - R.D. White, 85, died Friday, June 14, 2002.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday in St. Andrew United Methodist Church with the Rev. John Dorn, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Cemetery by Brown Funeral Directors.
Mr. White was retired from Phillips Petroleum Co. He was a member of St. Andrew United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Mildred; a daughter, Marlyce Garrett of Arlington; and three granddaughters.
The family suggests memorials be to St. Andrew United Methodist Church, 100 Amaryllis, Borger, TX 79007.

Mildred White, 96, of Arlington, Texas passed from this life on March 20, 2015. She was born on November 6, 1918 in Hood, Texas to Harry and Etta (Shaw) Purcell.
She was a member of St. Andrew United Methodist Church of Borger.
Mrs. White was preceded in death by her husband, R.D. who passed away June 14, 2002 ; a son Blake who passed away August 28, 1993; a triplet sister Marvel Ryan and brother Milford (Perk) Purcell; 3 brothers :Paul Purcell, Walter Purcell and Ray Purcell; and a sister Bea Lantrip.
She is survived by a daughter Marlyce and husband Don Garrett of Arlington Texas; granddaughters: Lori Filler of Kyle Texas, Lisa Nelson of Grapevine Texas, Lana and husband Jeff Baughman of Keller Texas; great granddaughters: Kelsy Filler, Emily Nelson and Hannah Baughman.
Services will be held Wednesday March 25, 2015 at 2:00 PM at St. Andrew United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at Westlawn Cemetery.
