*Obituary
Leona May Parker, 11, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C.D. Parker, 12 Earle, Phillips, died at North Plains Hospital at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday after a brief illness.
Besides her parents, she is survived by four brothers, Clarence Jr., Eddie and Ralph, all of Phillips, and Sgt. Johnny Parker of Ft. Hood, Texas; three sisters: Shirley, Bonnie, and Carol Sue, all of Phillips; her paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. J.W. Parker, of Bartlesville, Okla.; and her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Graham of Nowata, Okla.
Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the Missionary Baptist Church, with the Rev. Norman Dollar, pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Highland Park cemetery.
