DESOTO - Opal F. Parker, 100, formerly of Amarillo, died Friday, April 22, 2011.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Borger. Arrangements are by Griggs-Schooler-Gordon Funeral Directors, 5400 S. Bell St.
Opal enjoyed spending time with her family and doing fine thread crocheting.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Parker; and two sons, Carroll and J. Y. Parker.
Survivors include a daughter, Anna Jean Cushess; a sister, Nadine Hobbs of Dallas; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
