STINNETT - Donna Rae Gage Lewis, 50, died Sunday, July 18, 1999.

Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in First Baptist Church with the Revs. Leonard Forsythe, pastor of Bible Baptist Church, and Billy R. Lewis, retired, officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Cemetery by Brown Funeral Directors of Borger.

Mrs. Lewis was born in Borger, where she was a longtime resident. She was a cook with Johnson Ranch, Willard Ranch, Bivins Coldwater Ranch, Sanford Ranch and Fulton Ranch. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church, Quilter's Club of Las Vegas, N.M. and the Choctaw tribe.

Her son, Ray Dean Lewis, died in 1993.

Survivors include her husband, Jerry; her parents, E.E. "Whitey" and Gene Gage of Stinnett; two brothers, Robert Gage of Borger and William Gage of Stinnett; three sisters, Susie Simmons of Amarillo, Teresa Gage of Stinnett and Monica Pryor of Andrews.
