Obituary for Weldon
Weldon W. Lewis, 69, of Borger, died Saturday in Olathe, Kans.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Minton Memorial Chapel. The Rev. Leonard Forsythe, pastor of the Bible Baptist Church, and the Rev. Amos Meador, retired, will officiate.
Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park by Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors.
Mr. Lewis was a retired insurance businessman and was a partner in Radio station KBBB.
He was born at Boyd and had lived in Borger for 36 years. He was a member of the Baptist church, was a former member of the Borger Rotary Club and also served as Youth and Education Director for 12 years at the Calvary Baptist Church.
Surviving are a son, Weldon of Olathe, Kans.; three brothers, J.J. Allison of Denton, Grady Lewis of Scottsdale, Ariz., and J.L. Allison of Lawton, Okla.; three sisters, Mrs. G.C. Inman of Oklahoma City, Okla., Mrs. H.W. Rogers of Alex, Okla. and Mrs. Lena Gage of Decatur; and two granddaughters.

Obituary for Blanche
Services for Mrs. Blanche Lewis, 65, of 1306 Coble, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in Minton Memorial Chapel, with the Rev. Leonard Forsythe, pastor of Bible Baptist Church, officiating.
Burial will be in Westlawn Cemetery.
Mrs. Lewis died at 8:35 p.m. Thursday in North Plains Hospital.
A housewife, Mrs. Lewis was a native of Jester, Okla. She has been a Borger resident for 33 years. She was a member of the Baptist Church, and the Collector's Club.
Survivors include her husband, Weldon W.; one son Weldon E. of Olathe, Kan.; three sisters, Thelma Mock of Fort Worth, Bertha Naylor of Vernon, and Flossie McDaniel of Mangum, Okla.; one brother, H.L. Barton of Fort Worth; her mother, Mrs. H. L. Barton of Mangum, Okla.; and two grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Calvin Shaw, Thurman Hunt, Ronald Raff, Bill Robinson, Ed Cole, M.E. Griffin and Archie Posey.
