Services for Leonard D. Baker of 213 Dolomita, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Ed Brown & Sons Chapel of the Fountains, with the Rev. Michael O'Conner, pastor of Bunavista United Methodist Church, officiating.

Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park by Ed Brown & Sons.

Mr. Baker died at 10:30 p.m. Sunday in Magic Plains Nursing Home.

A retired safety supervisor for Phillips Petroleum Company at the Plains Plant, Mr. Baker was an elder at Bunavista United Methodist Church. He was a member of Isom Masonic Lodge No. 1242.

Survivors include his wife, Blanche; one son, Dr. Thomas L. Baker of Andrews; one brother, M.A. of Modesto, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. David Roberts of Claypool, Ariz., and Mrs. M.A. Wortham of Muskogee, Okla.; and one grandson.

Honorary pallbearers will be Herman Robinson, W.R. Horton, Louis Kleiss, Jesse Derr, W.E. Medler, C.E. Coble, O.R. Kiphart, Wayne Melton, George Glasscock, Ken Blewit [sic], Steve Oates and E.W. Whitson.
