SANFORD - Edgar E. "Eddie" Bennett, 60, died Saturday, Nov. 2, 2002.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. Leonard Forsythe, of Bible Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements are by Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Fritch.

Mr. Bennett was a retired field operator for Phillips Petroleum.

Survivors include a son, Danny Bennett of Borger; a daughter, Bobbi Bidon of Sanford; two brothers, Chuck Bennett of White Deer and J.C. Bennett of Sapulpa, Okla.; a sister, Alta Dorman of McKeesport, Pa.; and two grandchildren.

SANFORD - Leona Bennett, 57, died Monday, June 23, 1997 in her home in Sanford Phillips Camp.

Funeral services are pending with Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors.

A native of Wichita Falls, she lived near Sanford for the past three years and had previously lived in Sneed Camp for 20 years.

She was a homemaker and a Baptist.

She married Eddie Bennett on September 27, 1960 in Borger. She is a Borger High School graduate.

Survivors include her husband, Eddie Bennett of the home; one son Danny Bennett of Borger; one daughter, Bobbi Bidon of Fritch; two sisters, Bonnie Selby and Lula Faye Landers, both of Stinnett; and two grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Hospice of the Panhandle.
