SANFORD - Wanda Mitchell, 66, died Friday, Oct. 27, 2000, in Amarillo.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Sunset Memorial Cemetery in Stinnett with Rev. Leonard Forsythe, pastor of Bible Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be under the direction of Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.
Mrs. Mitchell was a native of Bells and a Sanford resident for 20 years. She married Jessie Mitchell on Nov. 11, 1967, in Madill, Okla.
Survivors include her husband, Jessie of the home; three sons, Danny Geer and Ronnie Geer both of Sanford and Shannon Mitchell of Stinnett; two daughters, Debbie Jones of Borger and Laurie Abeln of Sanford; four step-daughters, Linda, Pat Schaefer, Jan Jones and Kathy, all of Lebannon, Ore.; four brothers, Terry Dodson and Gene Dodson both of Tawakoni, Mike Dodson of Ft. Worth and Jimmy Dodson of Tom Bean; four sisters, Doris Rogers of Luella, Donna Hamilton, Judy Brown both of Tom Bean and Vickie Pinkston of Greenville Tenn.; 16 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to BSA Hospice, 800 N. Sumner, Pampa, Texas 79065.
