FRITCH - Services for William M. Cox, 70, of Fritch, were at 11 a.m. Friday in the First Southern Baptist Church.

The Rev. Ron Trussler, pastor, officiated. Burial was in Westlawn Cemetery by Alexander Funeral Directors.

Mr. Cox, who was a Fritch resident since 1966, died at 2:42 p.m. Tuesday in North Plains Hospital. He had worked as a road maintenance man for the City of Fritch. Mr. Cox had moved to the Borger area in the 1930s and was a native of Cheek, Okla.

Survivors include his wife Katie, two sons, Esley Cox of Arkansas and David Cox of Fritch; one daughter, Mrs. Sally Dean, Fritch; and seven great-grandchildren.

FRITCH - Kattie [sic] Bell Cox, 80, died Thursday, Sept. 15, 1994 in Golden Plains Community Hospital.

Services are pending with Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

A native of Oswalt, Okla., she had been a Borger and Fritch resident for 27 years. She was a housewife.

Survivors include a daughter, Sally N. Dean; two sons, Esley W. Cox, and Walter David Cox.
