*Obituary
Alfred Alex Jackson, 71, of 704 Hobby, died at 9:45 a.m. Thursday in North Plains Hospital.
Services are pending with Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors.
Mr. Jackson was born in Terrell and had lived in Borger 30 years.
He was a cook for the NuWay Cafe. He attended Jerusalem Church of God in Christ, and he was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Mabel; three daughters, Juanita Burse and Elizabeth Taylor, both of Borger, and Willie McCampbell of Houston; three sons, Alfred Jackson, Michael Jackson and Tracy Taylor, all of Oklahoma City; a sister, Mrs. Thelma Culpepper of Kansas City, Mo.; and six grandchildren.
