Mary Margueriette Jackson, 78, 1108 Lindsey, Borger, died Thursday in Roswell, Ga.

Funeral services are pending with Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

A retired school teacher with approximately 30 years with Borger Independent School District, she was native of Arkansas and a Borger resident since 1937.

Jackson was a member of First United Methodist Church.

She is survived by two sons, Gayle Jackson, Jr. of Georgia, Charles Jackson of New Jersey; five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

The family requests individual donations to a needy person instead of flowers.
