*Obituary
Roy Wayne Smith, 52, of 1120 Valley Drive, a resident of Borger for 35 years, died at 4:30 a.m. today in North Plains Hospital.
He was a pumper for J. M. Huber Corp., an employee for 19 years. He was a member of Gardner Street Church of Christ, and a veteran of World War II.
Surviving are his wife, Juanita Marie; son, Dale of the home; stepson, Jan Lipps of Norman, Okla.; four sisters, Mrs. Georgia Fitzwater of Kansas City, Mrs. Mabel Trowbridge of Bartlesville, Mrs. Mae Baker of Tulsa, Mrs. Gale Gassaway of Baldwin Park, Calif.; and one granddaughter.
Funeral services are pending with Minton Mortuary.
